Sean is a Personal Performance Coach based in Cardiff. Sean has always had a real passion in life to find out what it takes to be the best, a winner in sport, business and life. He started his career as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Air Force, represented Cardiff at rugby and athletics and qualified as a coach in a number of sports ranging from basketball to athletics.
A while ago he injured his back coaching tennis. Having being involved in professional sport for over thirty years, Sean had used various conventional and alternative therapies to regain his fitness. Still, he was frustrated at the thought of not being able to coach for a number of weeks. His sister Anne, an EFT Practitioner, suggested using this powerful new technique to help ease the pain.
Sean was treated with EFT ‘over the phone’. Incredibly in a matter of minutes the pain in Sean’s back was eased, and his back has been amazing ever since. Inspired by this experience, he studied the technique and qualified with distinction as a practitioner.
In a relatively short period of time Sean has had remarkable success with his clients. Some people who have been told that they would have to live with their pain were helped in a couple of sessions. Suddenly neck, back and chronic shoulder pain were relieved. It sounds too good to be true, but some of the results Sean has had using Emotional Freedom Technique have been truly remarkable.
Helping people give up smoking, overcoming phobias and fears, or the stress of sitting exams, the list of negative emotions or physical pain that Sean has been able to help his clients erase from their life is impressive.
In his specialist field of performance coaching, Sean has found the potential of EFT to be extraordinary. Athletes and performers have the unique opportunity to find out how good they can be.
Sean has had some truly remarkable results in helping athletes and performers remain calm and in control under pressure.
He has found EFT to have dramatic effect in helping athletes/performers deal with the emotional pressure of competition.
Incredibly, Sean has also been able to erase the destructive impact of negative thinking that athletes sometimes experience before competing, in a matter of minutes.
Sean is at the moment working with some of Wales’s top young tennis players, a number of golf professionals and a member of the National Orchestra for Wales*. He is at present working with the Western Mail using EFT to help cure golfers of yips.
For the past six years he has also been coaching tennis to children and adults with learning disabilities (Cardiff Stars Tennis Club). His pupils range from those who are thrilled to hit the ball over the net, to one young lady - Lucy Pethig - who represented Great Britian in the 2007 Special Olympics in Bejing, and won two silver medals.
If you feel you haven’t achieved your potential because of certain blocks either mental and or physical that sabotage your progress, or there is something holding you back in life that maybe you feel, or others have told you, you have to live with, why not give EFT a try. Sean and his clients usually find, EFT often works where nothing else will, hence the title:
